Just like the subject asks:
How do YOU fight UV mapping distortions when designing clothing?
Classic example would be the dress, with contrast vertical stripes flowing all the way down from neck to bottom, without any zig-zag funny issues. Cheesy

Which software do you use, and what is your workflow.
