In Your social profile go to property tab --> manage property and choose the property from the list.
Click manage --> rules. At the room settings You find force language. There You can determine the language rule for Your property.
Note: Tell everyone You invite to Your place how language is set up there so perhaps they have to change their language in world not to land in a different dimension. After rlc changed forced language to language free i suggest to do so for Your properties (except You want to have chat only in one special language)-

Once a specific language is forced in a property, only this dimension will open, no matter which language preference visitors have set up on their side. Should the max population be exceeded, a second dimension with the same forced language will open. The same applies for forced orientation in a property.
