I have a zaby that all of a sudden will only let 1 person in at a time......I've had this for a couple of years and never had a problem before. Can anyone shed some light on why this would happen?

Would you mind sharing the Url of that Zaby to have a closer look? If you prefer not to post it publicly here (for understandable reasons), you best write to techsupport@redlightcenter.com to allow them having a look at it.

Hello,

Please check to see what template is used for your zaby. I know that a showroom has a limit of one. Just press F2 to see the template number in the info window in the lower right corner. Below is a Showroom Zaby list and the corresponding template numbers. (This information was current as of June 2020).

Since you have been using this zaby before it could just be some sort of glitch that tech support may be able to fix but check the template numbers just to make sure.

One reason that can happen is if you maybe downgraded your UVIP to VIP...if you had UVIP before….cant see so many other reasons...cause UVIP gets a 2 people limit on showroom zabys


But if you have a 1 limit showroom zaby...go into the place..copy the url ..then give your friend...go out ….then ask them go go first..then you follow ..then you can be 2 there Smile

or best option is to save the layout..get a normal zaby of same type with 5 limit and apply the save (rent is 5 rays for a year if a normal zaby)
