Make a sign or chime prop out of prop editor, click on unlit or leave it blank

on the sign or chime prop click on double on both sides if that's what you want.

scroll down to emissive box you set how light or dark you want the prop to be by setting the numbers from 0 to 255.

In the Script box pick Attach Web Browser and put URL in box and click enter.

You can scale the prop in the Script box by playing with the scale,width or height numbers.

The scale tab in the prop editor has no effect on the prop for Attach Web Browser.

With Gif's you can use the direct link no host needed.
