I have a lot of sexable bots in zabys that are no longer wanted or are old, and want to know if I can move them to my other zabys, which are newer? I am not UVIP, so I guess there may be a restriction on doing this. Any help please?

Not even as UVIP you could do it. All you can do as UVIP, as long as the venue is yours, you can create new bots. He who does not submit to the laws, must leave the area where they apply. If You want to keep some of that bots to use at other places You can ask some friend who is uvip or uv business to save them at the old place and set them up at new places.
To do this You have to give her/him deco rights of course, so she/he has to be trustworthy.

I told from the perspective of being uv business myself so might be my statement for uvip was wrong (thought uvips have same rights, never had been uvip). In that case I have to appologize 
As uv business I am able to set up bots at every place where I got deco rights.

As explained by Sandra. UV Business can set up custom bots in all places where they have deco rights. UVIP only can do so, if the owner of the property is also UVIP.

Whilst you cannot move them to other properties you can delete them or move them behind a scenery background or inside furniture/behind walls. Then re instigate them if/when you want alternative bots with different avatars/clothing. You seem to be keeping the properties so I guess you will still visit them from time to time. You might not always be UVIP so stash them for a rainy day. I've even put some outside a window and lowered them to the ground level in the under city to use again another day. NOTE: My nick and image are from a company. That company allows people to use them both as long as they get permission and a licence. I have that and a certificate to prove it.
