I used cage_dance0 code under state for the bot. Get the bot close to where you want and get the dancing. Then move the pole into position so her hand grabs the pole.

I am using pole_dance_hold_and_dance at state tab. But I dont know if its only for uv business / uvip.

Otherwise You can try to simulate like told above.
