No

FTPS (also known as FTPES, FTP-SSL, and FTP Secure) is an extension to the commonly used File Transfer Protocol (FTP) that adds support for the Transport Layer Security (TLS) and, formerly, the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL, which is now prohibited by RFC7568) cryptographic protocols.

FTP is what Filezilla uses to upload and download from host/servers

ms IDK could be a few different things

Maybe you are referring to FPS ? You see FPS numbers in RLC when you use the F2
key. FPS and latency is a measurement of how well/fast your computer is running in world.

RLC is 3d animation to do that well you need good graphics

Like any other video game

FPS is frames per sec or how fast and how many frames of animation
your computer can handle.

Fabian appreciate your posting but i would not be doing you any favor if
i did not mention the very best we have in the forum on "How to"

Dusty does the best on that at this link you will find a wonderful amount

I'm guessing your talking about these two readings.

FPS is like said above the frames per second that your rendering the game. That is highly dependent on your video card. The FPS can also fluctuate depending on how much is in your field of view. If your looking at an area with a lot of props to render your FPS can go down. A higher reading is better.

The ms reading, or latency is more of an internet/connection reading. It gives you the time it takes for a packet of information to go from your PC to the game server in milliseconds. It is not only dependent on the speed of your internet connection from your ISP but also on the distance your are from the game server. You can also see differences in latency when there is a lot of traffic on the network. That can be the network in your area or the area of the server. A lower reading here is better.
