You have to use a program like paint.net and change it from .jpg to .png.

Changing a jpg to a png does not mean it will act like a png. You must edit the image first then save to a png. Otherwise, you will have a jpg image with a png tag and nothing more.

Hello,


Do you mean convert the file format from jpeg to png and/or png to jpeg or a slide show that shows multiple images?

The example below is an animated GIF just to show the sequencing. GIFs are not your friend in RLC. This can be done with Flash though it may cause some lag if the file is too big.
