I WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO HAVE ACCESS TO OTHER PLACES IN RLC AND ALSO WHY WHEN I CLICK A DOOR TO BE OPEN, MY CONNECTION CLOSE INMIDIATLY. I WANT TO KNOW TEH REQUIREMENTS TO BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF RLC.

As XENI said your access is immediate when you login to the RLC virtual world, however Basic users will not be given access to VIP areas until they have upgraded. As far as the problem you are having with your connection, this question would probably be better answered if posted on the Customer and Technical Support Boards, link below.
