Spent hours n hours making a Xmas layout in a clone i saved it then applied it n its still old layout n the clone has gone. Sad
Should i have published it 1st?
Never used clones before, i guess i just saved the original layout. Sad

Anytime you apply a layout to an existing layout that is not saved, it will be gone when applied.

Always save your layouts first before applying, this way you have something to restore.

Try sending in a ticket to SnakeEyes in tech support as he might be able to restore the layout prior to when it was applied. It is worth a try, anyway.

Clones can only be saved in-world:

(you must access them by clicking

the little (+) in front of Main Property

to view all the list of clones)

Then right click, SAVE LAYOUT.

When you feel you are done,

you can also Publish, to send it to Main Property)

Ahh thank you, i'm trying to remember what i did and in what sequence.
I completed it, then i applied it in world and then saved the layout. I went into it in world, but it was still the old layout, so i saved it in world but some how the original layout ended up being applied to the clone and deleted the new layout.
As i did save it in world i went back in today and chose publish in case it was still there but it was just the old layout.
So it create - save in world - publish.
Thank you Smile

If you made a startpoint in the one you made open the startpoint manager and try going to it. If the one you made is there then save it, and if not it's probably gone. Then like Dusty said, maybe rlc can turn back the hands of time and recover it. Good Luck !!!!!!!!!
