I use the myinfo.ini file.  modifying and saving that file while the customize window is open on your RLC screen will modify the fashions you're wearing if you then click 'Don't Change'.  The myinfo.ini file is the place where all the items you're wearing are stored:  clothes, underwear, tattoos, hair, makeup... everything.

When i want to quickly get rid of an item I'm wearing, like pants under my skirt, it's fastest for me to just delete that item from myinfo.ini
