i dunno what this means exactly is it downloading pics and hosting on own site i now host on utherbucket i dunno

Hot linking is NOT downloading and hosting on your own site.

Your linked now to Utherbucket but they aren't hot because you have permission.

Hotlinking is when you use a picture link from a host you don't own.

When its in a server you own (or on your Utherbucket), its not!
