This is a really easy trick and it works great and looks fantastic!

I used to be really disappointed with my hair.  I love the style that goes with Hair=HF_Hair_Med_Shag.gml, you know the short kindof shaggy style?  but it only has 4 or 5 colours in the Customize window.

Well, if you know how to modify the myinfo.ini file, you can change the colours to ANY of the other ones available!

normally I would just wear my hair blonde, and the lines in the myinfo.ini file would look like this:

Hair=HF_Hair_Med_Shag.gml
HairMap=hair_med_bob_blond.png

But I really like some of the colours that I can see when I look in the other hairstyles using the Customize window in RLC.

The HairMap line can take any of the other hairstyles and force it onto the main cut that is set in the Hair=  line.

So now, if I want green streaks in my medium shag cut, I can just add these lines in the myinfo file:

Hair=HF_Hair_Med_Shag.gml
HairMap=UF_hair_med_bob_green02.png

I got so excited when I figured this out that I just had to share it with everyone!  Finally, new hair!
