YouTube has the option to restrict playback of videos on sites other than YouTube. Meaning, if you take the video and try to embed it in another site (which is essentially what Utherverse is doing), the video will not play and you will get this message. This is an option set by the video's owner, and as far as I know there is no legal way around it.

Hi

I know how to do the single youtube videos but, am struggling with putting up or using correct code for a youtube playlist on a sign using add flash control..

I know it can be done as seen it in a few places... and before you all say the obvious ask them... well they either not did it themselves or wont say or want to charge to tell - lol.

Well Im broke but hoping someone out there is willing to share a simple thing since it not like Im asking for a custom flash script media player for free just a way to view youtube playlist in a zaby using flash control on a sign.

Thanks to whoever responds with helpfulness and kindness.

You would have to create the playlist on a site that offers Flash players playlists. The code for prop edit will be in the embed code they will offer after the playlist has been created. A quick Google search turns up this site.

This method no longer works since YouTube removed the "Use Old Code" option in the embed section. Please update your info!.

Replacing the v/code and the list=PLcode with that of your own should work.

Modified example with Playlist, autostart and loop variables added (Optional). When adding variables the first follows a ? mark then everyone after follows the & sign.

Example main URL:

Variables:
autoplay=1
loop=1
list=PLyourcode

Some Vevo videos can only be watched from the YouTube web site and will cause an error.

The error from some Vevo videos I found is because of copyright restrictions, they cannot be linked. I suggest pressing mute on performers that do this to us

Seems a lot has changed since this post died. Anyone know for sure what works now? Any help would be appreciated Smile
