First you will need to apply to become a Guide and be accepted.  The main requirement is to have been VIP for at least 30 days.  You will also need to have a good knowledge of RLC and the Rules of Conduct.  You may contact Yona or BobaFett thru there Social Center profiles to request an application for Guide.  Thru hard work and further knowledge of the program, you may advance to Leader and then to Protector.  Not all Guides will become Leaders and not all Leaders will become Protectors.

Good Luck and hope to meet you soon in the Welcome Center.

and how would you apply exactly?

To apply exactly, contact Yona or BobaFett thru their Social Center profiles to request a Guide Application.  Once the Application is filled out, you will send back to either Yona or Boba.  Your application will then be reviewed and recommendations will be forward to Mr. T.  When I applied, we also had an interview before recommendations were forward to Mr. T.

Try this: Copy application into Word, then you should be able to alter/ add to the doc.
