Sure,
Click on the Blue Bar on your page that says Marketplace Beta
That opens the Exchange Page.
Click on the left side of the page and you'll get the T&C information.
At the bottom of that page is a check box. Check that box and then click on Continue.
Then just follow the steps from there.
