After having unblocked, it til does not work . The person I want to see is still blocked . What can I do ?

You have to unblock from your profile as the "unblock" option on the right click menu doesn't unblock them totally.  From your main profile page, simply click "My Friends" and then the "Ignore List" tab that will open beneath it.  Then just click the "Stop Ignoring" option next to whom ever you want to unignore.
