1st click on the blue marketplace bar on your home page. �You will see 2 columns: �Buying and selling. Each with a list of names. �To the left of this is a gray area. Click on this area. You will be redirected to the markets terms and conditions. �click 'I accept the terms and conditions described above' �Then click continue. �You will be redirected to a page which should say 'Account setup complete'. �Click continue to transfer money from your paypal into your trader acct and follow the directions there. Or click skip to skip this step. �Once you go back to the marketplace, the area to the left of the buying and selling columns should now have all your money info and is called 'Market tools'.
