You should have an RED BULB on your Desktop or in your start programs if you have downloaded RLC both Versions when you do it will take you to the Login Screen

i CANT GET ON EITHER.....I DOWNLOADED EVERYTHING AND WHEN I TRY TO LOG ON IT TELLS ME THE SERVER TIMED OUT OR SOME SHIT...

servers are down right now if you read the log in page it stats.. When you get to the log in screen, there is a message asking for patience while RLC Upgrades their Database Server. This will improve performance and make the wonderful world as we know it, even better.
for those that cant find the program, open my computer, local disc drive, programs, look for redlightcenter, open redlight center, than look for the red light bulb open that
