The best way is the same as real life! Start chatting, be friendly, do nice things.  I'm starting by making and accepting 'friend requests", commenting on pictures, etc in order to be seen as a nice person to get to know.

I'm honest with folks and I freely admit to being still a newbie.  So far it has worked well and people have been generous and kind, cutting me slack for my missteps.

So far, I've 'hooked up' several times! I'm usually always willing! If you see me, ask! I just might say 'yes' if I'm not very busy or concentrating on learning things. I'm new, too, been here less than a week!

hmm another way maybe to try is asking a "working gal" if she is available and check out the Virtual Escort Review Board on the forums for some of the names of the ladies that wear a working badge..you will find these great ladies in the hotel,Candys,Alley,Boxers,Pussycats and the bordello.

Being a noob as well I thought I'd try and help.  
The first thing I did when I got here was to start to fill out my profile a bit.  Nothing fancy, just a line or two about me and uploaded some images I like and then started looking around RLC.  I saw many female toons walking about and I began to look at their profiles.  After a few people caught my attention as interesting, I simply sent out a friend request, or an e-mail asking for them to add me and to perhaps help me with ideas for my profile.
I now have one new friend and am looking forward to making some more.  We haven't met in RLC yet, but hey I'm on a roll   :D
Anyway, just reach out somehow.  Just like irl you usually need to make something happen.

Yes, please please please talk to people. I get so mad when guys just come up and say "Wanna fuck?" or make really small talk, as in they ask if you want to go to a room with them by the third or fourth sentence.   Talk and get to know a person. And first and foremost, this is important. READ THEIR PROFILE!! That will tell you so much about a person. And put stuff on your profile, I don't really like to talk to people who have blank profiles cause that tells me they have something to hide. Be honest and real, and i guarantee you if you romance and wine and dine me (much as that's possible in RLC) I may just sleep with you. But you have to be nice and don't act like you expect it. Flirt and have fun, the sex will come.
