Can't get into the RLC

I have been trying for 3 days to get into the RLC but when I pull the program up it says looking for patch then an error message comes on that said "Error occured during patching"  "RedLightLauncher - Failed to launch because an error occured when trying to patch your existing system - See PatchLog.txt for more details, or Visit http://www.redlightcenter.com/faq/faq.asp"  and the screen says "ERROR - Unable to connect to the Internet." Then it just closes.  I have uninstalled the program and installed it again but it hasnt worked.   PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
