There are several ways to do so. Probably the easier way would be:
1. Upload your videos to YouTube. Put them on a playlist, get the share code and put it on a wall configure as a browser, or a in world video player.
2. Stream live in YouTube. You'll need to play the videos on your pc, capture your screen and stream it. Best free software to do so is OBS Studio

For live, I use the excellent free OBS software and stream from one of my PCs to a video service provided by DJ_Rexy.
As a more general music/video player, Rexy offers a version of CyTube called RexyTube that lets you add videos from YouTube, Vimeo and more to a playlist in a web page. This is very well priced compared to Rexy's live option.
twitch.tv also good for this, but only if you do it live and don't save the video stream (else you will get a copyright strike).
