The day of March 29th 2019, I delivered a copy of the layout _LAIL83_ (her nick in Utherverse) The layout was customized for her was named "Ash, Ciri and Lail" and the name was also included in the textur of some props.
I recently found a faithful reproduction of the same Custom Yacht in Pianeta Segreto (Italian Franchising of Coolspot) vww://pianetasegreto.vww/_yacht_#entrata sold at the price of 1200 Rays from _LAIL_ aka _LAIL83_ Art Designer of Pianeta Segreto
As for the layout _LAIL83_ has copied the full my job in outdoor of basic park (template 1461), playing about 750 props with the exact coordinates x and z, and a set of off-axis Y + 80000 than my original layout made from a basic street (template 1083).
All other features of the props, such as rotation, scaling, and script attributes in the State Tab are almost identical. For example, the avatar sitting on Sofa_Space of Utherverse brings coodinate XYZ 536/3171/-6428 Rotation 5.65
exactly the same coordinates and rotation of the avatar in Pianeta Segreto + 80000 by adding the Y axis, ie: XYZ 536/83171/-6428 Rotation 5.65
the texture of the two props are: in Utherverse
while in Pianeta Segreto is
identical file name ChairACL.jpg with obvious signs of counterfeiting by _LAIL83_ which erased the name of the yacht.
The layout reproduced by _LAIL83_ contains 130 textures and exclusion of the two with the new name of the yacht and her logo, all 128 remaining textures are from my original layout of Utherverse.
The textures are partly realized completely by me with the use of Photoshop, while others come from texture of public use and use and by me modified and / or optimized in a suitable format to the program. Of each of them are able to provide the original file dated before December 2011 and March 2012 that performed for the customization required by _LAIL83_, among other things I point out that at that time there was Not Pianeta Segreto.
Of the 128 textures stolen and used by _LAIL83_, n. 5 were counterfeit renaming the file by removing it from my name, "marta" i.e: original file name: “flowermarta027.png” http://i1199.photobucket...quet/flowermarta027.png
Renamed by LAIL “flower027” http://www.chattandoweb....ics/10001/flower027.png
the remaining 123 retain the same name of the file and among these 14 well also my name "marta" in the name of the file to prove my paternity, including in this, http://www.chattandoweb....s/10001/pot1marta05.jpg you can see also my logo at the bottom right
and 9 are counterfeit removing my logo or the name/logo of the yacht... for example, in the laptop you can see traces of the deleted logo
my texture http://i1199.photobucket.com/albums/aa462/marta2001/my/nave2/laptopACL.jpg her texture http://www.chattandoweb.it/albums/userpics/10001/laptopACL.jpg
I remind everyone that I have already given proof of paternity of my job 2 years ago The Pirated Ship
I hope so don’t have to send 30 e-mails, like for my last complaint, to explain at Wops of half world with things obvious and already proven.
As well as I hope don’t have to transmit also this time, 100 files of my original textures and the data of the 50% of them to explain that if a file called for example pot1_marta_ and has my logo is very unlikely to have been made by another and not to me.DISAPPOINTED!!! I remember you showing me this yacht as you were making it. So bad thieves do these things.

Ebay hacked

In addition, any auctions from those accounts have also vanished into thin air. In response, Ebay has completely shut down its Customer Service operations, closing down public access to its phone banks and almost completely ignoring the situation. After several hours, a terse message was posted to Ebay’s “announcement” board that read: We are aware that some users may experience problems when using the eBay Site. We are actively working on restoring the issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused. (September 03, 2014 | 10:53AM PST/PT). As of 4PM EST (1PM PST), no further updates from Ebay have been recorded, and all customer service personelle have no answers to any questions. As Ebay deals with a hacking of this magnitude, they have already lost millions of dollars in sales, both on the ebay.com site as well as the accompanying Paypal.com payment service. Earlier this year, Ebay had a massive server hacking that resulted in user data compromised and Ebay suggested to all users to “change their passwords”. In light of today’s massive failure, it appears as if the e-commerce giant did not take proper steps to ensure the safety of its user data and the validity of its website. We will have much more on this developing story soon. Updated 5pm EST: Ebay has posted an announcement that acknowledges “issues” but provides no information or timeline for fixing: Today, some eBay users are experiencing issues when signing in to the site. Based on our initial investigation, this appears to be the result of technical issues that occurred during scheduled server maintenance. It is only impacting a portion of our users; most eBay users are unaffected. We’re working to resolve this issue quickly and will continue to keep our customers updated. We apologize for any inconvenience to our users. There has been no acknowledgement of account deletions, auction deletions and other major issues outside of “issues when signing in”

I remember years ago watching an older gentleman who was volunteering his time at the hospital I worked at stop another colleague to talk. It was so evident in her body language she felt he was keeping her from doing her work and slowing her down. As he continued to be pleasant and try to talk to her I saw as he picked up the subtext of her body language and started to lose the enthusiasm in his tone; next his body language changed from excitement to dejection and he slowly made his apologies for interrupting her and let her run along as she desperately had wanted. I remember thinking how often I have had those very thoughts when someone deviated me from my planned paths during the day and I was always rushing to get the most impossible list of things done. I promised myself that day that if someone crossed my path and stopped me to talk I would take it as a sign to slow down and give that person my undivided attention for more than 2 seconds.
I took that moment to walk over and say hi to the man. I just couldn't stand to see how dejected he had become when his previous enthusiasm had been such a joy to see. He and I over the course of years became great friends. It turned out he was a Vietnam Veteran; he loved all the Irish music I did; we went to concerts together and traded CD's all the time. I met his wife; his children and later his grand kids. He had also been an acapella singer back in his youth! He had lived an amazing life and his stories were wonderful to listen to on breaks at work. Now do not get me wrong; work was always so busy and hectic there were many days I would feel initial irritation at his interruptions; but I would stop and take a deep breath; remember to pause and take it as a sign to slow down so I could enjoy our interactions and give an old man the attention he was seeking. Ironically, my goal had been to give him something and keep his joy elevated; but in the end it was me who got the joy and had my own enthusiasm raised.
This lesson became important again recently as I went outside my house to do some much needed yard work. My work requires me to travel extensively and I was going to have a few days home so I wanted to get the back yard mowed and weeded. I had only mowed one strip of grass because it was so thick and wet the job was going to be laborious and take me hours when my neighbor came over to say hello. His name is Louis and he is in his 70's. Over the years he and his wife have helped me through many of life's issues and they even pulled their enormous family one year to help me landscape my yard. They were the nicest and most generous people I had met in a long time and I loved to watch the love Louis and his wife had for each other. They met when they were but children and had been married for 57 years. I so enjoyed their bickering; laughing and even stories they told on each other. They always put a smile on my face.
Well this particular day I can tell you I did not want to talk to Louis. I wanted to get the lawn mowed as I had a lot to do that day with limited time. However, I took a deep breath and slowed down in spite of not wanting to be delayed in completing my agenda to get the yard mowed. The conversation started out with the usual pleasantries and then as he felt that I was listening to him; really listening and not going to rush off to do my chores; he broke down and cried that his wife had passed last week while I was out of town. I stood in shock as his wife, Selma, had cancer. She had been battling it for the last couple of years. I actually remember the week she got diagnosed because the previous week I had helped them purchase secondary insurance to supplement their Medicare telling them they would need it if something serious happened. The next week when she got her diagnosis they came with baked foods Selma had prepared to thank me for helping them and give me the news. There were many weeks I took my turn helping Selma through her Chemotherapy treatments as she got sick and was too weak to haul herself back to the bed. Louis talked and talked telling me all the things she had done in preparation for her death; almost as if she knew the time was coming. She had left long, copious notes for him on how to pay the bills; where all the money was and why; all the things she knew he would need to care for himself and the family.
Louis asked me to come into his house and he walked me through all the halls to tell me all the stories of Selma and their life. I was there over an hour as he talked and showed me their life together. Then he broke down and cried. I remember thinking how lucky they had been to have found each other so young. I have spent most of my life hoping and praying to find that kind of love and dedication with someone. I could only imagine how devastated Louis felt without his Selma. Once again I was reminded that each day is a gift and that we need to remember that the greatest love we can show the people important to ourselves is time. It's so simple and yet many of us get so caught up in doing our tasks and forget about the people that should be at the top of those lists. Louis thanked me that day for giving him my time and listening. I even thought how sad that he is so grateful that I stopped to listen and gave him my time when he more than deserved it and it was I who should be thanking him.
Just remember to not put the rest of life ahead of those close to you; each day you have to spend with them is a gift; and one day there will not be any time left. Would it not be better to know you made the time each day for the people you love then to regret you did not have more time? I promise you if one stops long enough and prioritizes each day to include time for those they care about in the end you will not have any regrets. Your life will gain riches that you would have never imagined and you might be surprised how much you get to learn. People matter more then the tasks or agendas we create for ourselves. Loving means making and giving your time.
