How-To Establish
1.)  To establish a PIN simply log into the Utherverse Social Center.  
2.)  Go to the person�s profile you wish to send a webgift to and click on �Send Me A Gift� in the Message Center.
3.)  Click �Establish a PIN�.  Pick a PIN that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
Your PIN cannot be your Social Center password, username or email address. There will be no way to recover this PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support directly for us to reset it for you.

How-To Reset
1.)  Email support@redlightcenter.com and request to have your PIN reset.  
      **This MUST be done from the email address we have on file for you or the request will not be honored.
2.)  We will email you once we reset your PIN.
3.)  Log into the Utherverse Social Center.

Please help I do everything I'am told to do to send the web gift but I don't get the establish pin. It take's me to the gift's only :-

Log on to the Utherverse Social Center
Go to the person you want to send the web gift to
Click send me a gift in the message center
Click Establish Pin ( Not there )

I have the same question...never had to establish the pin...?

Is there a status you need, or you need a lot of rays??? For sure enough for the gift...

i too have followed the same steps for establishing a pin...and nothing happens. the 'establish a PIN' is not there.   i sent an email to support just now hopefully it will get worked out.

I too have asked this question and also submitted to tech support. Still waiting for an answer. RLC is an awesome site, but obviously has alot of bugs to work out. I want to send a special friend a gift but can't because the system won't let me and no where does it allow you to "ESTABLISH A PIN" like they say you can.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
