when i try to enter , i put my e-mail adress and the password . and this message opens :   YOUR LOGIN IS NOT ACTIVE PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNABLE TO LOGON TO SERVER

i know that it's a STUPID question , but i'm really new there. try to understand guys!  :'(
