RLC Crashed Whenever I Start

I'm opening the RedLightCenter game, but it just takes me to the start, loads for about a second, and says, "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_33.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Now, I haven't tried re-installing, and I just wanted to see if I could fix it before I have to re-install it all over again. Thank you.
