*Note: Any name change requests should be sent directly to support@redlightcenter.com. Tech Support (Atlanta) moderates the Customer Support section (yeah... the titles are a little off). Should a Customer Service issue be posted in that board, it will take longer to get it directed to the appropriate staff members (Vancouver). E-mailing is just quicker for this type of issue.
