For those of you with non-US keyboards, you can still do a screen capture using Windows.  Hold down the Alt key and press then press the PrtScr key.  This will captire an image of the top window.  You can then paste this into Paint and save the image as a *.jpg file.

Oops!  lol  Well, it is usually grouped together with Scroll Lock and the Break key, and is usually on the top row of keys.
