how to get to a friends zaby when they are offline

For a day or two i could get to a friends zaby by typing in their name at the zaby elevator. now i can't. am i doing something wrong?

Due to connection problems with the patch containing this feature, it was reverted back to the previous patch. The techs are working on this issue, so as soon as the problems are resolved then this feature should be brought back.

I hope they fix this feature soon. I need to be able to decorate zabys when they are not online.

Good news.....the facility where you can enter your friends name at a Zaby elevator to enter their home is now working again.
