QA Rays are there so that you can test QA things that need rays (such as the variuos Zaby's), as far as I know they can not be transferred out of QA.

X is correct. The rays in QAare for QA and are not transferable andI am sure you have noticed that your friends list is not the same as well since it is separate from Utherverse.
