hitting the '=' key does nothing for me despite it working perfectly as witnessed by my previous use of it IN THIS VERY SENTENCE!

These are instructions are for an IMB type computer Mac has different commands I am not familar with. You have to hit it (=) when you are Out of the chat window. Then hit prt sc (print screen) on computer. Then Start>Accessories>Paint. In Paint click once in white area, then Edit>Paste. It should paste the pic in there. Now move the pic (click and hold dragging the mouse) can crop the pic with the 'square' tool. -GennT-
