Easiest, quickest way (if you don't use an alblum on 3rd party site) is to upload yer pic to your profile.
Then, view profile, pick pic, click properties, highlight web adress, and copy.
Then come here, click image icon above (=[img][/img]) and put curser betwen the two, and paste!

you might also want to try using the "Browse.." box at the bottom of your "message" box. Click on browse and then the picture from your computer..and BAM!...there it is
