Yes.

1. Log into your profile.
2. Click the MY PROFILE tab
3. Click the Account Info tab
4. Enter your new name in the "New Screen Name:" field in the middle of the page.
5. Click Change Screen Name

You get one free name change per account. Additional name changes require you to pay 50 Rays.
