how do i use the marketplace to purchase rays from another ? i see a bunch of names and numbers in the buy section but dont know how to go about the buyThink

You must be a VIP in order to buy/sell rays on the marketplace

I'm also havign the same issue, and a VIP member, but can't buy any rays.
