How-To Establish
1.) To establish a PIN simply log into the Utherverse Social Center.
2.) Go to the person’s profile you wish to send a webgift to and click on ‘Send Me A Gift’ in the Message Center.
3.) Click ‘Establish a PIN’. Pick a PIN that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
Your PIN cannot be your Social Center password, username or email address. There will be no way to recover this PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support directly for us to reset it for you.
How-To Reset
1.) Email
support@redlightcenter.com and request to have your PIN reset.
**This MUST be done from the email address we have on file for you or the request will not be honored.
2.) They will email you once we reset your PIN.

to pay for VIP with rays you need 350 rays but you will have to find a friend first that has 350 rays that will lend them to you til you become VIP and then pay them back.This is cos a basic member is unable to transfer rays and you will also need to verify your ageTo verify your age all we would need is a copy of your Government Issued ID. It must be legible so we can read the issuing Government Agency, your full name & date of birth or the account will not be upgraded to VIP. You can send that in by Email, Fax or Postal Mail.
If Emailing: You can scan a copy of your ID and email it to us at
support@utherverse.com. Or take a picture of your ID with a digital camera and email that over.
If Faxing: It’s best if you enlarge and lighten the copy of the ID, prior to faxing. Prior to faxing set resolution to SUPERFINE. Our fax number is (775) 580-9977. For our International users its: 001+ (775) 580-9977
