I'm one month new to RLC and I've noticed that music choice is very limited here, except that in a few places, it's slightly different like Blu's. Is there some sort of inworld written guide that describes the places here? I get the impression there's shopping, but I've never run across any opportunity, and I'd really love to find a club/bar where they play rock to hang out. I did stumble into a tarot shop once where nothing was going on and three other people were just waiting for the reader.

Any advice or suggestions appreciated!

Although some people like the "default" music played in the clubs, others either listen to DJ's if there are any streaming, or just click options and uncheck the box for streaming music in rooms and listen to their own music. For instance, you say you like Rock... why not make your own playlist for your profile and you can listen to that. One of the popular sites to go to when making a playlist is

its pretty simple directions to follow, but if you need help posting it on your profile, just ask in here.. the regulars in the forums can pretty much help ya with anything.

yeh you are right,the music is pretty limited here so like Bouncer said a lot of us listen to a streaming DJ
you will find a lot of people in clubs having a party and someone streaming live
DJ's are very popular in RLC

I was hoping for a kind of biker club where the tough-looking hot men who loved rock, too, would be hanging out in maybe an Anything Goes dim...I have a barstool fantasy, lol...

I already have a huge player on my profile, so I'll finish my loads. Thanks for the info on silencing the room music. I learn something new every day here!

I found a friend tonight named MM_metalman85 who owns a dim which hosts a club called Metal Militia. The club is in the Italian Anything Goes dim which is private. They charge 20 rays a month to belong, but they are all metal lovers like me (and hopefully others) and have organized a Friday night metal mayhem gig, have regular metal music in the club and so on. The club is very very cool with nightclub downstairs, sitting area main floor, and "anything goes" rooms upstairs including sauna, hot tub, space room, foursome, threesome, twosome, and BDSM rooms. Can't ask for more, lol.
