Just wondering were to post a new page on the forums for a new house or club that has been started? should this be put up in general or is there a spot for groups to post in?

I'd put in in the "In World Events" board, to be safe. You can post it in General, but it will quickly get hijacked, and if people don't like your club's ethos you'll end up being roundly abused.
