Hi use the IMG code . from photo hosts or upload your own pics for the code .

you can either upload them to a service such as photobucket then paste the code into the forum
or u can check off the box at the bottom about attaching a file then post, on the next screen it give
u a place to browse for the file and hit upload then back

cant customize the back ground in my profile and i asked for help an did what they said and its not working

for backgrounds you need to use a code that is provided from a site like www.pimpmyprofile.com
then you copy and paste the code into the About Me section on your profile and then save it
