I can't start my RLC. I installed it, let it update my DIV-X thingy, but when I try to launch it, I get this message (or something to this effect):
Red Light Launcher failed to launch because an error occurred when trying to patch your existing system... etc.
So what do I do? =)

When I get that message it usually means that my wireless internet connection has mommentarily dropped out. Check that your connection is stable and try again. Also check that your firewall isn't blocking RLC from accessing the internet.

generally what i find when that happens u will need to rerun the install program and it will do a repair. otherwise if u run redlightcenter.exe in your programs folder/redlightcenter it will run the program without doing the patch CindyGhttp://www.utherverse.com/Cindy_G  A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
