I was in rlc this morning. Logged out. Tried to get in and it will get me to where I put in password and only loads halfway and freezes.
Any idea on what I need to do to get it to load. I have rebooted puter but still won't let me load. Thank you

People trying to login with the game client are getting stuck after entering their password on Connecting... no need to run a repair or to reinstall. The problem is being worked on.

last time it happened, it was a game server that went down. This time, I managed to last until only 150 people showed online, then i was booted. wait awhile till its repaired and try again. its not your pc or internet.

I installed Red Light Center on another computer and I cannot connect. I enter my username and password but get stuck on Login afterwards. Are you still trying to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

I am sorry Pytch, but I do not think the answer to any customer's question should be join Discord for answers...while this RLC world exists and forums.

I had the same problem after reinstalling RLC on my tower. Everything blocked rendering to the Login and I had to go through the task manager to close everything.

But after much research, I think I have solved the problem. Just connect to RLC using a VPN. Personally I use VPN Bitdefender , and I leave it in automatic mode to find a server. The connection is a bit slow at first when it searches for the server, but at least it seems to be working! To be continued. In any case, it proves one thing: it is not a local problem but a server problem. Trying to modify anything on your PC is therefore useless. It's up to RLC to act, it seems.


After several tries, I realized that we were disconnected as soon as we tried to change location. So I closed the VPN!

And then, I tried again without much hope to restart RLC. And ohhh SURPRISE: I connected without problems!

The theory is when everything should work, but nothing works! Practice is when everything works but you don't know why! lol
