well, no update - but, it appears that the "milestone" of a "sneak preview of The Uthers Real Estate" has been met... well, at least according to the "road map" that's supposedly demonstrating that everything's "right on track!" - but the video seems to be... missing? i asked about it in that uv.io - and they ignored me for 5 days until i asked again... and thankfully julie responded (i'm pretty sure if she hadn't, they'd have continued to ignore the question - they don't seem to like my questions), which prompted an actual response from a mod... who said they'd 'look for it'. i don't understand why there weren't big parties - cause that was supposed to be quite the milestone - but for some reason, they don't seem to think it was that exciting of an event and don't seem to be too awfully proud of the progress as they don't have the videos on blast.
now i did ask if these videos were actual walk-throughs of the promised "real estate", or if they were just the same videos that were pretty much spliced together from the sales videos from the unity store - and i was assured that no, these were actual walk through videos of actual "real estate" in "uv.io" (yah, i'm on the verge of putting quotes around anything dealing with "uv.io" )... but considering how the whole "portal vs gallery" bullshit went down (and was NEVER responded to with any sort of honesty whatsoever - we don't need no stinkin integrity here dammit! ), it sure does look like the same ol' UV-BS-2step bait'n'switch they have down so well.
and those trunks? yeah, they're givin'em away as prizes now. go play poker with 'em, and you too could win a trunk! woot! not sure if anyone's clarified where this "stash" of freebies came from and how it's affecting the actual value the trunks...   🦋
