I don't know about these things but I saw this and thought it may be helpful to Deco and Active Club owners to replace flash files.

Well, for those with PCs with very limited or scarce storage resources.
HERE They can do it online.
In addition to converting videos, they can convert any image, document ... etc ...

  • They can change the language of the web, for more facilities
  • They can add it to the browser as an extension, for quick work, without having to save the web in fav.

There are some flash animations that have to be exported frame-by-frame and then stiched together and dubbed. It's time consuming to do it like that but it produces the best quality.

In that case I recommend using:
    https://www.online-image-editor.com/gifmaker/
Which also allows you to edit the gif later

I don't mean GIFs. I mean REAL flash animations i.e. Newgrounds.

    ah ok, mode GOODNES PRO.

You aim very high, but I wish I could achieve it, too .. (dreaming is free) Rolleyes

Since you mentioned Newgrounds , I remember that company as a loyal competitor to EA (Electronic Arts Inc.) ... if games are concerned, but clearly EA gained the fame.

This is on that I manually did a little while back as an experiment. Now I'm going through, tweaking, and refining the process.

    Congratulations on the 3 chapters.

Now, if I would like you to tell the readers, how many hours did each chapter take you to do, how many sketches per episode, discarded sketches ... because I get an idea that for each scene you used between 100 and 500 ... and each Scene lasts maybe 5 seconds?

Now let's bring that to users.
Learning from scratch would be a very good idea, and as the phrase 'knowledge does not take up space' and I add 'but it steals time and gives headaches'.

Will the user want to learn this technique in record time, to be able to recover the animations of their decos?

Those animations are from Lego. I'm working on them as a quality archival project. Basically I have a program that decompiles a Flash animation and then can export the animation frames. The frame rates for each of those are 24-25 FPS. Fairly simple enough to stitch together using a mass-import with post production software that has a preset for stop-motion. Set the framerate, redub, and done.

  • I went there and converted the water file. OMG! Water so pretty better then flash. I did in web format and had to check off loop once file was completed to keep it moving, but it has big black edge and noway to get to get rid off boarder, and just how do i get it off my browser to rlc.

    ASultryWmn.

The black border thing, I don't know the reasons very well.
Because I always obtained very good results in conversions, but hey, if I saw these days that all the gifs that I search on Google for laughter with friends, either do not move, or go crazy. (I would recommend you convert it again, and check it before with any video viewer, I check them with VLC.)

On the other hand, once you have the converted and revised gif on your pc, just like the IMG you must host it in a hosting that also supports GIFS (many do not support .gif, .swf, .webp files)
    * If you save it in your Google drive, it will support the .webp format, which seems to be giving very good results, and you would only have to use the uther 'scale' parameters.

Now it only remains to discover (being a basic member, I cannot do that task) if you should use the flash or browser script.

Using the web browser script You can create amazing water animations in world. But yes when using the web brwoser script You get a big black edge first. To get rid off or minimize at least play with the width and height parameters. Doing so You can get very good results. And if there is still some small black edge it is no problem to cover that with plants, stones or whatever.
