sometimes it's not rlc that is the problem, but rather, the local instance of the game and your browser. i'm not saying rlc doesn't have problems at this time, but try this:

load the product called "ccleaner" it's available for a free download, down load and install it.

run it and have it clean everything on when you first come in... skip to "fix my PC" and tell it to fix it.

go to the registry fix and run the scan. tell it to fix all selected, don't bother saving bc if it is messed up you'll never make it back putting the garbage back in your registry--keep running the registry fixer scan and fix the problems until it doesn't have any more problems it can find.

start your rlc and do a fix

shut down and reboot you computer (turn it off and back on)

run ccleaner again if any thing shows as a problem (run the clean and run the registry scan) in the registry scan, then continue the above step with running and cleaning until there are not more error detected, then go back to the reboot your computer part.

if it comes up clean... then try playing the game.. good luck and have fun--this fixes about 99% of all problems on my laptop or workstation at home and at work.
