What is best way to send a picture through messages? Lots of uses, but I am trying to show something to someone from a screen shot.

Hi Walt Save your pic to an image hosting site,e.g Imgur.com. then grab the html code from the site and simply paste it into the body of your Social Center email body

I'm using Gyazo for things like this. It allows you to take a SS, Gif or short vid and it automatically uploads and provided you with codes for sharing. https://gyazo.com/about
It really does simplify things
