I have built many layouts and have run across this several times and not sure how to fix. Sometimes it appears that when you delete a collideable object something seems to stay behind that causes a blockage so that you can not walk thru where the object once was. Even is you do a refresh that doesn't seem to help and when I open prop editor there is nothing there.

Is there any way to fix this kind of problem?

TY for you help and advice

delete the collide before you delete the prop as it leaves a ghost collide behind but this will go away on its own anyway

If a collide still ghosts, you must run a repair or two,

as the collide remains in game's cache for sometime..

When you decide to delete a collide,

first move the prop at -1.000.000 Y level

then remove the collide state

and close prop editor.

Re-open editor and delete the prop completely.
