You can buy web gifts with them,just go to the persons profile page and you can select the buy web gift feature,you can buy a level 6 or higher gift to give someone some free VIP (level 6 gives someone 1 month free..it will state with the gift what can be given from level 6 up).If you are VIP you can send rays to someone else to use.If you are a basic member you can not send rays to another just buy a gift. If you are VIP you can buy some time with a working girl or guy,you can buy some lap dances if thats what someone wants to do for you.
Just go to your profile page and it will show you some tips on what you can do with rays and how to earn them.
