If it is your own account, you might try using the FTP method. However, when accounts are closed in PB, images are wiped and not stored generally. You have to check with them to see if they still exist.

I've closed my account on PB, not just left it to downgrade and as far as I'm aware all my images are gone and I only had FTP access when I had a paid account. If the account is just downgraded then it is possible to recover them.

I have no plans on paying what they are asking on the paid accounts there. But I'm also leaving my account as it is. If they are going to try and extort money out of people I figure I'll eat up as much of their server space as possible and not use it. Hopefully I'll keep a piece of their servers occupied till they burn to the ground.
