I was told to use Chime Sounds, Cricket Sounds, and use Attach Web Browser. Am I using the right items, the right script?

I do not use the Web browser script as it creates too many issues, especially lag.

I convert my .gifs to SWF's, host them myself, and use the Attach Flash Script.
