Hi I need to downgrade from UVIP to basic. I have upgraded to UVIP through my Social Center profile and I can't find a way to downgrade. Thanks Rox "The greatness of a nation and it's moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated" Mahatma Gandhi

Hi, Customer Support can cancel your Universal VIP subscription for you. If you would like us to stop this reoccurring charge for you, please email support@utherverse.com the cancellation request from the address registered to your account. We require that all members do this so that we can ensure that it is the account owner asking that this action be taken. These payments are processed through Sentry Payments and you can also stop this charge through their site using the address below. https://secure.sentrypayments.com/cancel/

I believe you must create a new one if you canceled. However, if it is within 6 months, I believe you will have to contact CS to see if you can get it back. You can reactivate it but there is no guarantee (as per Utherverse) that your name will be available to you again. I've yet to see one not be available but I have forgotten passwords to ID's.
You kinda have to ask yourself if you want your pics up on the inet while you're away and without control over them. I have hidden images that people still find ways to rate >.<

Actually I just cancelled my RLC subscription. Is that the same as canceling the account? I am curious about this;

I am curious about this; Hi Your profile is still there and VIP so I'm assuming you just cancelled the re-occuring payments. It will revert to a basic account after the 30 day subscription elapses. You can check when that is here... https://www.utherverse.com/new/account.aspx
