Hi there.
Can anyone tell me how to add a gif/animated pic to my personal profile pics please.
I have some saved in my documents, but cant put them into my social centre personal pics.
No problem with jpeg images...just gif images.

It has to do with the size of the gif. I don't know the limit, but you could find a program that reduces the size of it. Then it should work Wink


There is a size limit to photos and gifs that you upload to your profile. Also there is no error message when the limit is breached. Everything goes along great, but the photo never shows up.

You can try Gif Reducer

It was all down to the size of the gif.
170 x 90 works great using gif reducer online.
